Terms and conditions:
All customers will be provided with a written quote comprising of three payments, each of these payments must be met for the next stage to continue.

Payments:
1st: Deposit payable on ordering pool. Can be payed by credit card, over the phone or direct bank deposit.
2nd: Filtration is normally sent two weeks prior to pool arrival.Once received the second payment is then due. Again payable by credit card, over the phone or direct bank deposit.
3rd: This is a COD payment direct to the driver in the form of a bank cheque made out payable  to Harvest Pools.PTY LTD. or you may direct bank deposit 48 hrs prior to delivery.

Delivery:
It is our responsibility to deliver the pool road side. If our truck is to enter private property Bermuda Pools PTY. LTD. nor Harvest Pools PTY.LTD. or any subcontract driver will not be held responsible for any property damage, however all care shall be taken.

Pool installation:
Owners may wish to DIY self install to which we are happy to guide you through free of charge. You may wish to organise your own installer or we can recommend contact details for installers in many areas. However Bermuda Pools PTY. LTD. accepts no responsibility or liability for any such work carried out by any such tradesmen.
